1. Who we are
EnterpriseAI.ae (the "website", "we", "us") is an online enquiry service for AI consulting in the United Arab Emirates. The website receives consultation requests and introduces them to a company licensed in the Emirate of Dubai (the "delivery partner"), which carries out any consulting or development work under its own written agreement with you. The operator of this website is the controller of enquiry data until it is passed to the delivery partner, which is then responsible for it under its own privacy notice.
This policy explains what we do with personal data sent through the website. It is written with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data in mind.
2. What we collect
- Details you enter in a consultation form: your name, work email, phone or WhatsApp number if you give one, company name, company size, sector, the service you are interested in, and your description of what you need.
- A record of your consent: that you ticked the consent box, when, and on which page.
- Technical data sent by your browser: IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. Our server keeps this in standard logs and uses it to block automated abuse of the forms.
- How the form was filled: how long it was open and how many key and pointer actions were made. This is used only to tell people from automated senders. Submissions judged automated are kept separately for up to 90 days, then deleted.
Please do not put confidential documents, client data, health data or other sensitive information into the form. A short description of the job is enough.
3. Why we use it
- To read and answer your enquiry, and to arrange a consultation.
- To pass your enquiry to the delivery partner so that it can prepare a scope and a proposal.
- To keep a record of enquiries and of the consent given.
- To protect the website and its forms against spam, fraud and misuse.
- To meet legal obligations.
We rely on your consent, given when you tick the box and send the form. That consent covers the uses in this section, the sharing in section 4 and the storage outside the UAE described in section 5. You may withdraw it at any time (see section 8). We do not use your details for unrelated marketing and we do not sell them.
4. Who we share it with
- The delivery partner, for the purposes above.
- Service providers that host the website, store enquiries, and send the emails that confirm your enquiry to you and deliver it to us, acting on our instructions.
- Authorities or advisers, where the law requires it or where it is needed to establish or defend a legal claim.
5. Where it is stored
The website, its enquiry records and the email service that delivers enquiries are run by hosting and email providers whose servers are outside the United Arab Emirates, in the United States or the European Union. We transfer your details there on the basis of the express consent you give in the form. If you do not want this, please do not send the form; you may write to us by email instead.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted or anonymised, unless an engagement follows or the law requires a longer period. Server logs are kept for up to 30 days for security purposes.
7. Cookies and measurement
The website sets no cookies, shows no advertising and loads no third-party tracking scripts. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.
8. Your rights
Subject to the law that applies to you, you may ask us to confirm what we hold about you, to give you a copy, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or stop its use, and you may withdraw your consent. To do so, contact us by email at enquiries@enterpriseai.ae. We will reply within 30 days and may need to confirm your identity first. You may also complain to the UAE authority responsible for personal data protection.
9. Security
The website is served over an encrypted connection. Enquiry records are held with restricted access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Business use only
The website is intended for people acting on behalf of a business. It is not directed at anyone under 18.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. See also our Terms.
