EnterpriseAI.ae (the "website", "we", "us") is an online enquiry and introduction service for AI consulting in the United Arab Emirates. The website itself does not provide consulting, development or any other professional service. Consultation requests are passed to a company licensed in the Emirate of Dubai (the "delivery partner"), which carries out any work.
By using the website or sending a form you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.
2. No contract arises from the website
Nothing on the website is an offer capable of acceptance. Sending a consultation request does not create a client relationship or oblige either side to proceed. Services are supplied only under a separate written agreement signed with the delivery partner, which will be identified to you, with its licence details, before any agreement is made. That agreement alone sets the scope, deliverables, timing, fees and liability for the work.
3. Information on the website
The content is general information about AI services. It is not legal, regulatory, financial or technical advice for your situation, and you should not rely on it as such. References to laws and regulators are summaries only; take your own advice on what applies to you.
